Registration Refund Policy
- Refunds requested before the last registration date will be returned in full with no penalty.
- Refunds requested after the last registration date will be returned minus a $25.00 administration fee regardless of the original amount of the fee and subject to the following guidelines:
A. Refund for medical reason before commencement of play and with a doctors’ note, full refund with no penalty.
B. Refund for non-medical reason before commencement of play registration fee minus $25.00 administration fee.
C. Refund for medical reason after commencement of play and with a doctors’ note, no administration fee. Refund to be on a pro-rated basis determined by the Executive Board.
D. Refund for non-medical reasons after commencement of play, $25.00 administration fee. Refund to be on a pro-rated basis determined by the Executive Board.
E. To be considered for a refund all requests must be made in writing with the required document attached. All requests must be mailed to:
